The popcorn plant is shorter and more delicate in nature than dent corn. We have found varieties below that we like, and continue to experiment, specifically in search of a favorable mushroom-type popcorn. We clean and dry our popcorn just right so as to offer a high pop rate.


JAPANESE HULLESS: This is a delicate, white butterfly-type popcorn. It is well suited to absorb your light, buttery, savory toppings.

YELLOW BUTTERFLY: This is a large-kerneled, yellow butterfly-type popcorn with 4% mushroom-type. It is well suited to hold your heavy, rich, caramel-style toppings.
